Frank Rodriguez is Founder, Chairman and Chief Legal Officer of Corporate Creations International Inc. and serves on the Audit, Compensation and Governance committees. In addition, he serves on the board of directors of several private companies. He is a member of Florida Council of 100, YPO and Tiger 21, which are prestigious networks of business leaders and high net worth investors. He is a contributing author and editor of the first edition of Florida Law of Corporations and Business Organizations published by Prentice Hall. Prior to founding Corporate Creations, he worked as a corporate attorney at the predecessor to Squire Patton Boggs in West Palm Beach, Florida. He served on the board of directors of United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. He received his J.D. degree in 1989 from Harvard Law School, and he is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Miami where he received his B.A. degree in Economics. Steven D. Buchta
Steve Buchta is Chief Executive Officer of Corporate Creations International Inc. He joined Corporate Creations in 2008 after graduating from DePaul University with a B.A. degree in Business Management, Marketing and Finance. Steve resides in Palm Beach County, Florida.
Luis A. Uriarte
Luis Uriarte is President and General Counsel of Corporate Creations Network Inc. Prior to joining Corporate Creations in 1995, he worked as an attorney at the predecessor to Chartwell Law Offices LLP in Miami, Florida. He received his J.D. degree in 1992 from the University of Southern California Law School, and he received his B.A. degree from Georgetown University. He also attended the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College where he completed an executive business training program. Luis is married with three children and resides with his family in Wilton, Connecticut.
Rich Cohen is President and General Counsel of Corporate Creations International Inc. Rich has more than 30 years of legal, business and consulting experience focused on providing the most efficient legal services to clients through blends of people, process and technology. Prior to joining Corporate Creations, Rich served as a Managing Director of Duff & Phelps and President of RenewData Corp. He has held senior positions with The Garden City Group and LexisNexis, and he has served as General Counsel of Ohio Power and Columbus Southern Power. Rich has been recognized as an AV Preeminent rated attorney every year since 1998. Rich serves on the Corporate Counsel Advisory Board of The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel and as Editor in Chief of The Electricity Journal. He is a recipient of the Corporate Legal Times Distinguished Legal Service Award. He has served as President of Association of Corporate Counsel Central Ohio, on the Board of Advisors for Bryan University, and as Co-Chair of the Mass Tort Subcommittee of American Bankruptcy Institute. Rich is a member of Ohio State Bar Association. He graduated from State University of New York at Buffalo and from University of Akron School of Law. Rich and his family reside in Weston, Florida.
Trent Bavaro is the Director of Operations and Corporate Counsel of Corporate Creations International Inc. He enrolled at the University of Iowa in 2004 and by 2007 had earned his Bachelors in Business Administration with a major in Business Management. He received his J.D. degree from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago while working as a 711 licensed prosecutor in the traffic court division of the City of Rockford's Legal Department and as a law clerk with the Veterans Legal Support Center. In 2011 he joined Corporate Creations in their Chicago office and in 2014 relocated to corporate headquarters in Florida. He is a member of the Illinois Bar and Authorized House Counsel with the Florida Bar.
James E. Perkins
JP Perkins is Executive Vice President and Chief Relationship Officer of Corporate Creations International Inc. Prior to joining Corporate Creations in 2007, he held various sales and management positions with private and public companies. JP has significant experience working with Fortune 1000 companies as his clients. His philosophy is that Corporate Creations is in the business of relationships. JP has volunteered as a counselor and coordinator at Craig Springs Camp & Retreat Center in Virginia since 1992, spending a week each summer mentoring teenagers, and he has helped various charities such as Special Olympics. JP lived many years abroad as a "military brat." He enjoys meeting people from diverse backgrounds. JP is married and has four daughters. JP and his family reside in Palm Beach County, Florida.
Kellyn A. Hall
Kellyn Hall is Chief Strategy Officer of Corporate Creations International Inc. Prior to that, she worked as an attorney at Gunster in West Palm Beach, Florida. She received her J.D. degree in 1989 from Harvard Law School, and she is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Miami where she received her B.A. degree in English.
